Representative Projects Teton Valley Property Partners, LLC - Sage Grouse Meadows Subdivision
Advance Engineering provided planning, approvals, and engineering for this new 200-acre subdivision consisting of 10 lots. Prepared conceptual plan; preliminary and final plats (with subconsultant On Sight Land Surveyors); agency approvals including Teton County and Army Corps. of Engineers; water rights work; engineering design of roads, utilities and fire pond; and construction management.
Hillside Subdivision Lot 9A - Grading Plan Construction of a new home on a relatively small, steeply sloping lot posed a challenge to fit the home on the site while taking advantage of views, meeting setback requirements, and minimizing cut and fill. Grading plan included earthwork, driveways, utilities, drainage, and retaining walls in accordance with Town of Jackson requirements.
180 Redmond Street - Site Plan Phased construction of two townhomes on a lot with an existing occupied house required careful planning and design. Site plan included grading, driveways, sidewalks, curb and gutter, utilities, drainage system, and landscaping in accordance with Town of Jackson requirements.
Curtis Excavation, Inc. - New Shop and Employee Housing Planning and engineering services for a new 10,000-sq. ft. shop and four employee housing apartments. Project included conceptual design, preparation of sketch plan and final development plan, and obtaining Teton County approvals. Sitework included grading, drainage, retaining walls, driveways, parking, and utilities.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort - Casper Restaurant Expansion Site Plan
Civil engineering services and preparation of a site plan for this 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant expansion project. Site plan included grading, retaining wall, relocation of four large septic tanks, locating an exterior make-up air unit, and relocation of four 1,000-gallon underground propane tanks on a constrained site.
Karns Hillside Addition Lot 30 - Grading Plan
Prepared a grading plan for this new home on a lot with existing slopes up to 30 percent. Designed retaining walls and driveway. Grading plan balanced cut and fill, oriented the house to take advantage of views, limited the driveway slope to a reasonable 10 percent grade, and minimized the need for expensive retaining walls.
Highland Park Estates Lot 2 - Grading Plan
Prepared a grading plan and a Teton County Grading and Erosion Control Permit application for this 2-story addition and new garage for an existing home with slopes greater than 20 percent.
